One of a kind lasik surgeon Dr William Boothe
Wednesday, May 25th, 2011My IntraLasik surgery was done in 2008. Even though it has been three years, I have really good vision and it has been stable all of these years. Before surgery I had -6,25 vision in the right eye and -6 vision in the left eye. I never liked to wear glasses and contact lenses and was thinking of doing Lasik for a while.
Thanks to Dr. Boothe and his staff, who were polite and well cared for me, I was able to feel calm and have inner peace before the Intralasik operation. During the surgery I felt a little pressure on each eye. It lasted for one minute or so. Sometime it was uncomfortable – when I started to feel nervous the nurse held my hand and it calmed me down.
After surgery my eyes were very irritated. The nurse used eyedrops on my eyes and a couple of hours later my irritation, little by little, had passed. I had a second visit to Dr. Boothe where he examined my eyes, made sure all is well and that I can go home with my husband. Other follow ups were quick and successful as well.
I now have 0.9 vision in the right eye and 1.0 in the left eye. I am so grateful to Dr. Boothe.
